The bed was comfortable during my stay.

Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by several issues. The cleanliness of the room was lacking, and I noticed dust on the furniture and unclean bathroom floors. To make matters worse, housekeeping did not attend to our room during our two-night stay, which was quite disappointing, as we expected at least basic upkeep during our visit.

Request a room away from the elevator for a quieter night's sleep, especially if you're a light sleeper.

The king size mattress provided excellent back support. I liked the room's spacious design and the functional amenities, like the decent size desk and large TV.

However, the bathroom light was dim, making it tough to see. Additionally, there were some issues with the toilet flushing properly, which detracted from the experience. Despite the room's flaws, the quick check-in and comfortable setting made for a decent stay.

The renovated rooms feature new carpet and furniture, providing a comfortable atmosphere. Flat-screen TVs, mini-fridges, and microwaves add practical amenities for a convenient stay.

Breakfast options lack gluten-free choices, making it tough for those with dietary needs. Noise from the floor above can disrupt sleep—definitely not ideal for light sleepers. Additionally, the room’s lamps were outdated, and one bulb was out, adding to the neglected feel of the space. The shower pressure was intense, causing the flimsy curtain to blow around, leaving water outside the tub—a minor annoyance anytime you end up mopping up after a shower.

I loved how cozy my King Room was, with a super comfy bed that felt like a warm hug. The ambiance was inviting and made it the perfect spot for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was fabulous
